We manufacture our own tooling through the use of computer interfaced wire EDM for the production of precision form tools. Tools are inspected before going to the machine, and the gauge crib calibrates each gauge regularly to ensure continuous quality.

Production Control
We have installed a comprehensive computer system to handle the volume and range of components our clients request and to programme machine loadings, and hence delivery dates.
Shree Shyam Global’s personnel are very aware of the importance of keeping strictly to delivery date and pride themselves on dispatching orders on time. Finished components are washed and packed daily, date stamped to provide traceability and consolidated for shipment.
